Recently I had the wonderful opportunity to watch Felipecha perform near the Bastille; a quarter booming every night with clubs, restaurants, bars of every flavor. Felipecha is the project of Charlotte Savary and Philippe Chevallier, two chanteurs français that perform a heavily jazz-influenced French pop. Comin' off the double EP Beauty in Distortion / Land of the Lost, director Tomas Whitmore gives J*DaVeY's Slooow the visual treatment. A mix between flashin' red post-modern visuals and ease-back lounge lends a chill, warm feeling to the track.
